AM some bad decision-making here about weights to use. for the next while, focus will be good clean reps and no misses.

PM biked to the belfast greenway, ran the loops, got back on the bike when it got dark, finished run across the Passy footbridge and around the neighborhood
25min bike, 20 trail run, 25 bike, 30 road run.
