This session was a disaster. First 20min EMOM went okay, then tried to warm up snatch too fast and missed at 95#. Warmed up to 90# in the kitchen but cut after a rep caught high rather than in the squat. Overall, stressed, frustrated, unfocused.
On the min for 20 min:
Odd- 3 power clean @75% 1rm 150#
Even- 6 ring dips

3 squat snatch TnG @60% 1rm 90# -- three sets completed,
then PS first rep on the 4th set and cut it there.
