This WOD felt ok except for my hands. The lunges were easy, and the pull-ups were so-so, mostly strung together 3-5 at a time. Got plenty of sleep last night for the first time in a while!
Eating:

-half a banana
-1 tbsp. sunflower seed butter
-800 mg ibuprofen (not really "eating," but . . .)
