Drove back to Maine, easier drive than the way down traffic-wise but body felt terrible from the chipper afternoon before. Got the the gym around 5 for this pm session:

went 113-133-143 then missed an attempt at 148# in the last 10 sec.
on video: not pretty, back never set for first pull, miss pockets and catch weight forward and not in a full-depth squat.
