Tough work-week -- coworker's maternity leave started, I'm covering some of her patients, it's a steep learning curve. Tried to keep gym sessions focused/efficient to get home at a reasonable hour, but didn't get in bed "on time." The whole week felt tired, and like my body was still healing from the Saturday pm session -- hamstrings cramping at night.

I think I can do a lot better than this. 183# was slow so cut it there.
