Took today off from work. 

A. Squat clean; build to a max

tried 208 once and quit after the first pull -- could feel i was pulling with a rounded back from the start.

Clean and jerk 175#
(perform 30 double unders on the top of each minute)

watching the video, my set-up is even worse (back more broken/rounded) than i thought:

100 kipping hspu for time

(perform 1 rope climb on the 90 seconds) started with a rope climb

50 toes to bar very broken, singles by the end
