Felt very tired as I was doing these thrusters, but wasn't aware of how ROUNDED my back was during the pull to clean weight up each time -- an old, bad habit, need to focus extra when tired.

Thurs 4-18-2013 off -- shifting to a couple weeks of Fri-Sat-Sun training.
