A. Snatch balance; 3 reps on the min for 5 min (light and fast) 95-95-95-105-105
B. TnG power snatch; build to a tough 3 fast (8 min maximum) 95-110-120x3 
[at 130 got 2 reps then paused on ground, cut it. took 5 min total]

10 CTB chin ups
10 burpee over box 30" 2 rounds even. 
30" box slow because i was over-cautious.
