A. Build to a max squat clean and jerk 215# (PR)
[missed one attempt @ clean 220#, then moved on -- pull was good, catch was too lazy and collapsed.]

158 reps
clean and jerk felt good -- but getting tired by the 220# try. front squat is the big limiting factor.
then the wod -- worked hard but paced pretty well, pull-ups broke down which was inevitable. didn't feel flat, or limited, the way i did last week. glad to be moving on from the open . . .
