Made the same mistake twice: over-ambitious, made too big a jump in weight, then came back down a bit but couldn't quite finish rep (FS) or set (15rm). Bad judgement, twice.

this really didn't go well. couldn't find a rhythm on CTB. then on burpees, struggled with low back tight/painful when I jumped my feet back to standing from push up position.
