50 strict hspu (38:00)
50 strict towel chin ups
400m farmers walk 1.5 pood/hand
TIME: 48:50
a little time wasted transitioning after pull-ups: put on sneakers then outside/downstairs/across yard to kettlebells. but really it was just the hspu that took a long time. chin-ups started out with a few sets of 5 then 3,2 but by rep 20 was doing singles.
