Not a great session, don't think I ever got warm enough. Great to see pals Julie and Jim but I didn't really stay focused.

A. Push jerk 1, 1, 1; rest 2 min 175-185-190X
B. Weighted supinated chin up clusters 1.1.1.1.1.1x3; rest 15 seconds/rest 3 min 30-40-45
wearing a vest + dumbbell rather than a belt with kb, this felt different/ actually much easier than usual.

Cut deads before I finished warm-up. Combined AM and PM into one.
A. Deadlift 3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2; rest 3 min did not do
B. Paused above the knee power snatch; build to a max 120#
C. TnG power snatch 6 reps on the minute for 10 min @53% of B 63.5#

75 wall balls
50 double unders
25 wall balls
100 double unders
