frustrating to make the same mistake so many times. in my head i think, i've done this weight before so it should be no problem. but i send the weight forward and then try to muscle/rein it in and it doesn't work.

didn't get too disappointed by the muscle-up result. i haven't been practicing consecutive mu's and my best ever is only 6. room for improvement.
the tester took a lot longer than expected and i felt fatigued, not sharp, for most of it.

see video below. reps at 130# were pretty questionnable -- pressing out, pausing in the hang before TNG. as with split jerks yesterday, anterior shoulder tightness hinders overhead position and i am muscling the bar into place.
B. TnG power clean 3 reps on the minute for 14 min @60-70% 1rm 140#
C. TnG power snatch 3 reps on the minute for 14 min @60-70% 1rm 95#

missed the wall on first WB but pretty smooth after that. box jumps slowed down 2min in or so.
