"The Gauntlet" partner comp with Amy. The workouts:
1. alternating, each partner completes . . .
5 lateral over-the-bar burpees

we were 37 du shy of finishing this in the 12m cap. my double unders were pretty good, all unbroken until 1 break on the set of 75. burpees slowed down on the last round, otherwise pretty quick. we placed 2d.
2. working one at a time complete 3 rds of . . .
30 air squat box jumps 20"
60 abmat sit-ups
10 wall-walks
Then in remainder of 13m cap complete as many HSPU as possible.
This was a bad event for us. We weren't efficient alternating the box jumps and this killed us. We got 11 HSPU and finished 6th.

We finished this in 6:46, finished first. A good event for us.

We tied for 2d in this one.
Overall, third place. Teams from CF 3-2-1 and CF Beacon took 1st and 2d. A fun comp, good to compete on a team with Amy for the first time since rugby days. But a disappointment to miss the final event.
