Quick Crunch Workout

Evening workout:

a. Hang Power Clean: 115 x 3, 135 x 2, 145 x 2
was really struggling to hold onto the bar! weird thick bar at crunch and my hands were really sweaty.

b1. 2 sets 85# bench press (amrap -2): 25, 25

b2. 2 sets dead hang pull-ups (amrap -3): 10, 7
