am. gymnastics
pm. 4 sets:
30 sec max DB thruster 25#/hand
30 sec KTE
30 sec box jump*
30 sec burpees
rest 8min

*box jump first set 24" then went 20" for better rhythm

Results? Yikes, I am really back-tracking here, not sure of numbers.
