-5 pull-ups
-20 unbroken double-unders
-30 sit-ups
ROUNDS: 10 + 46 reps
Double-unders were great except for the 10th round, broke at 18 and then 14 . . . third try was the charm. Pull-ups felt rusty but good. Sit-ups, too slow.
