Great energy in the gym for this one!

4 sets:
1 strict press: 90#, 95, 90F, 75
5 deadhang pull ups
rest 4 min

25 hspu to one mat (had to cut volume)

3 rds:
15 supine burpees
25 lefty kbs, 35#
run 800
rest 5 min
TIMES: 5:20, 5:20, 5:18

Obviously, pressing strength from the shoulders is a problem. But I am going to work on it while being smart.
