am session in the garage, balmy 40+ degree thaw out. training at home is one thing i can do to rest more, drive less, lower stress, make more time. this week supposed to be milder, highs 30-40, so i'll plan on using the garage gym more.

ok, difficult, still catching too far forward at times, a few sets, i ended up on my toes by around rep 3.
