123 x 2 sets, 118 x 7 sets -- catch was soft at 123 so i took some weight off, didn't get much better


even - 3 push jerks 155# ok, some sharper than others

odd - 3 power cleans tough 183 x 3 sets then 188 x 6 sets
challenge was getting elbows up fast enough in the catch, otherwise bar was landing low with elbows not around. cuing myself to squeeze ass on the pull, fast elbows in the catch. by the end (not in video) actually got better.
