due to a midmorning commitment did this session early -- 6:45a start, no food, just black tea and amino drink. not used to this and it didn't go well. 
A. Back squat - build to a 2RM

tried 275, missed 2d rep at 275 then tried again and missed first rep so i cut it there

B. Clean 140#x4 TnG EMOM for 8 min

I had a PM session in my program but I cut it. 
James asked me about sources of stress -- thinking hard about work and what kind of changes I need to make, both right now and medium-term.
