B. Behind the neck jerk - build to a heavy single
220# -- this felt heavy enough, 10# under max but decided to stop there

C1. Segmented snatch grip deadlift; 1-1-1-1-1; rest 30 sec
183-193-193-203-213 hectic in the gym and i think i just messed up plate change between sets 2/3, should've gone up
C2. Snatch high pull 1-1-1-1-1; rest 2 min
173-178-183-188-193

D. 8 GHD sit-ups EMOM for 6 min
ok -- felt easy while doing, a bit sore next day
