Interrupted this session a couple of times -- on-call, and I got paged during the second and third segments so I stopped between amraps to call the hospital back. On-call Thursdays are not an ideal set-up for training, but I have to keep my stress level down, accept it when it happens, and try again to swap call nights so I don't have call the nights I train.
