Worked out at CF Performance tonight with an awesome group of ladies. The workout:
A. 4 rds of
-15 touch-and-go deadlifts, 185#
-10 ring dips
-10 clapping push-ups
-3 minute rest
B. 4 rds of
-25 GHD extensions
-25 push-ups (not to depth)
-90 sec rest
C. 5 minute AMRAP of double-unders
Didn't note time on first two workouts. Ring dips were poor depth on all but first set.
