Handstand

HSPU to floor improving but still a mess. This morning's workout:

16 minute amrap:
-12 HSPU (I cut this to 6 after first round)
-25 abmat situps
-20 kbs, 24kg

Rounds: 4 + 1 hspu

Afterward did some muscle-up turnover drills and walked a few steps on my hands.
