Gymnastics and swim

5-19-2011 pm:

1 hr gymnastic work, no fatigue. Handstand walks, handstand pops, hand walks down a ramp, handstand push-ups facing the wall. Then for fun, some back handsprings on the trampoline, in the harness.

Evening, 30 minute swim at a VERY relaxed pace.
