Strength

Tuesday evening:

warm-up wod: 4 rounds for time
10 push-ups
10 knees to elbows
10 ball slams (sitting)
10 up/down sprints

a. muscle snatch, build in 7 minutes
hit 115#

b. snatch 2 x 5 at 85

c. clean 2 x 5 at 115

d. jerk 2 x 5 at 115
