A. Clean pulls flat-footed 3-3-3, rest 2 min
175 -- hard to keep shoulder blades back, didn't go any heavier because these felt off
B. Power clean TnG 65%x4 EMOM for 8 min
140#, got better as I got into it.

EMOM for 16 min
odd - 10 kipping hspu ok, last couple sets broke 9/1 and 8/2 otherwise ub
even - 8 sit-ups ok
