felt easy, like i should've started heavier, but past couple weeks went 2x, 3x at 245# so probably right choice doing what i did.
B. Behind the neck Jerk x2 EMOM for 12 min building

205-210-215-220-225(x,1)-225(1,x)not sure what the problem was on the first attempt at 225 because after i failed to lock it out i retried, got it. will video next time.
C1. Segmented clean grip deadlift 2-3x4; rest 30 sec

C2. Clean from mid thigh moderate x2; 4 sets; rest 2 min
143# all sets
D. For time: 50 TGU 1.5pd+
28:02first 14 reps at 70# then 36 reps at 53# (set out to switch after 10ish mins with 70#--that 2pd kb was a little out of my league. okay going up, really hard to take back down to the ground.)
