30 min AD Z1 - every 5 min get off and perform 3.3.3 toes to bar
ok, first thing in the morning -- very tired. ttb started crappy, better by the end.

A. Squat snatch off blocks - build to a max 135#
not so clean. missed 135# once before i hit it. mentally very intimidated doing this.
